SHIPPING POLICY
Each project will follow an customized timeline based on number of items ordered, supply availability, and customer’s individual deadlines. Timelines will be established from our first correspondence and updated with any changes until delivery of final product. We prefer hand-delivery of local projects. Stationary that must be sent will be insured for the total cost of project. This additional cost will be included in our project quote.
REFUND POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. All customized stationary product is non-refundable. We believe in properly commemorating life’s special moments, so If you are unhappy with any portion of your stationary please contact us immediately and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
